All English 4U (allenglish4u.com) is a free English-learning website. We keep things simple: no account is required to use our lessons and practice tests. This policy explains what information is and is not collected when you use the site.
What we do not require
You can use every lesson and practice test on this site without creating an account. We do not require sign-up, and simply browsing or practising here never asks you for your name, email address or payment details.
What we collect only if you choose to give it
- Your email address – if you join our newsletter or ask for a free resource, so we can send you the material and occasional study updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Your name, your email and the answers you submit – if you take our placement test or send work to our Writing or Speaking feedback service, so we can return a report to you and so your teacher can follow your progress. Audio recordings are used only to produce your feedback report.
- Payment details – handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe’s own secure pages; we never see or store your card details (see Payments and donations below).
We use this information only to provide the service you asked for. We never sell it, and we share it only with the providers needed to run the site (for example Stripe for payments and our email provider for newsletters). If you would like a copy of your data or want it deleted, contact us using the details at the end of this page.
Progress data stored on your device
Some exercises save your answers and scores using your browser’s local storage. This data stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data.
Cookies
We do not set cookies for our own tracking. However, third-party services we use for advertising and analytics (described below) may place and read cookies, web beacons, or similar identifiers on your browser.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
This site uses Google AdSense to display advertising, which helps keep all learning materials free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how the site is used (for example, page views and device type), so we can improve our materials. This data does not identify you personally, and we never sell it.
Payments and donations
Voluntary donations (“Buy me a coffee”) and payments for optional services (such as writing or speaking feedback) are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own secure pages. We never see or store your card details. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to those transactions.
Embedded content
Some pages embed content from third parties (for example, YouTube videos for listening tests). These services may set their own cookies and collect usage data under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Where required by law (for example, for visitors from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), a consent message will ask for your choices before advertising cookies are used.

VIP Study Hub Parent and Learner Accounts
When a parent, guardian or learner creates an account, All English 4U may collect a name, display name, username, email address, account role, parent-to-learner relationship information, learner profile, selected level, membership information, learning-path choices, activity completion, progress records, support requests and account-correction requests.
A parent account and child learner account are stored separately. A parent may be able to view or manage information connected to a linked learner profile, subject to the account relationship and available controls.
Children’s information
A parent or guardian who creates or manages a child learner account confirms that they are authorized to provide the child’s information. All English 4U seeks to collect only the information reasonably needed to provide the learner account, membership, study plan, progress tracking and support.
Children should not submit payment-card details. Payment should be completed by the parent, guardian or other authorized payer.
VIP Study Hub payments
Stripe processes payment-card details on Stripe’s secure checkout pages. All English 4U does not receive or store the complete card number or card security code.
All English 4U may store limited information needed to operate the service, including the order reference, Stripe Checkout Session or payment reference, payment status, amount, currency, purchase date, selected plan, payer account identifier, learner account identifier, refund or dispute status, and membership entitlement created by the payment.
This information is used to confirm payment, activate membership, prevent duplicate fulfilment, investigate errors, process refunds and maintain financial records.
Learning progress
All English 4U may store the learner’s selected programme, level, study weeks, completed activities, progress updates and account-specific learning history. This information is used to provide Today’s Study Plan, Continue Learning, progress tracking and personalized learning-path recommendations.
Progress information is associated with the learner account and is not treated as official examination data.
Data correction and deletion
A parent, guardian or learner may contact All English 4U to request access to, correction of or deletion of eligible personal information. Some payment, transaction, security or accounting records may need to be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute-resolution or record-keeping purposes.
Deleting a learner account may permanently remove access to saved progress and account-specific learning history. All English 4U will explain the expected effect before completing a deletion request.
