About this CELPIP Speaking practice test – Set 5, Test 2

The real CELPIP Speaking section takes 15–20 minutes and covers eight tasks, including giving advice, talking about a personal experience, describing a scene, making predictions, comparing and persuading, dealing with a difficult situation, expressing opinions, and describing an unusual situation. You speak into a microphone after a short on-screen preparation time.

Teacher’s tip: speak until the timer stops; short answers are the most common reason strong speakers underscore on CELPIP.
