About this CELPIP Reading practice test – Set 1, Test 2
This free CELPIP Reading practice test follows the format of the reading section of the CELPIP General exam, the English test accepted by IRCC for Canadian immigration applications. Like every test on All English 4U, it is free, requires no sign-up, and gives you instant results.
The real CELPIP Reading section gives you 55–60 minutes for four parts: reading correspondence, applying a diagram, reading for information, and reading for viewpoints – 38 questions in total. All questions are multiple choice, completed on screen against the clock, just like in this practice test.
Teacher’s tip: in correspondence passages, read the reply email first – it often summarises the situation and halves your reading time.
