In a school hall, Mia in a coral top and blue skirt gives a yellow music bag back to Leo in a blue top, who holds a silver flute. Their teacher in green waits beside a brown piano, with three empty blue chairs and a red curtain nearby.

A Bag for the Music Show

On Wednesday afternoon, Leo went to the school hall to practise for the music show. He carried a silver flute in his hands. His yellow music bag had a short handle, and his song pages were inside it. His sister Mia came with him because she wanted to help.

They put their coats on three blue chairs near the wall. Then Leo looked for his bag. He could not see it anywhere. He felt worried because the practice would begin soon. Mia remembered seeing the bag in their classroom after lunch. She ran back to look for it. The classroom door was open. The bag was on a small desk beside the window.

Mia picked up the bag and carried it back to the hall. She gave it to Leo, who was still holding his flute. Their teacher was waiting beside the piano. Leo thanked Mia and put his song pages on a music stand. Then he played the first song while Mia listened. The teacher smiled and said the tune sounded lovely.
