Look at the pictures — write the words
Look at each picture. Read the letters on the house to spell the word. Example: a sofa, letters s/o/f/a → sofa
A classroom — choose the right word
Read the riddle. Choose a word from the word bank below to fill each gap. There is one example.
A CLASSROOM
I have two windows, four walls and a door. Children sit on [1] at their desks in me. They open their [2] and read the words in them. They write and draw with [3] or pens in me. But the children do not play games like [4] in me! The [5] is very nice. She gives the children lessons in me. What am I? I am a classroom.
Look at the pictures — answer the questions
Look at each picture and read the question. Write a one-word answer. Examples: “Where is the man sitting?” → on the mat | “What game are the boys playing?” → football
